Michelle was born and raised in Florida growing up in a Christian home as an only child. Accepting Jesus at the age of 8 ,God’s call began. She began to share the good news on the playground and at dance class as the excitement about her new found Savior blossomed. She used twigs on the playground to make a cross and show her young peers how Jesus died for their sins. As she grew into her teen years and began to venture out into thinking there might be “another way”..she began to hang out with the wrong crowd and began to slide down a slippery slope from the age of 15-19 that would leave her at a point of desperation and needing new revelation.
Drinking, smoking, drugs and promiscuity became the new choices for this girl destined to shake the nation.

By the age of 18, Michelle was diagnosed with Agoraphobia and eating disorders and not leave home for almost 6 months.. The girl who once loved life, danced her heart to the Lord and socialized with ease was now backed in a corner eventually trying to make it all disappear one night with an overdose of the pills prescribed by her psychiatrist. Her turn away from the Lord was one choice that would leave her with dashed dreams and unfulfilled
desires.

BUT God…had a bigger plan. Through a series of events that included people who cared and a God relentless after his lost sheep, she began leaving home only to go to church. Through being in the presence of God and the power of God’s Word in Proverbs 22:6 which states “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it”..Truth began to take root. One night at a church service.Michelle felt the delivering power of the Lord come over her and went to a trash can and threw away all her anxiety and anti depressant medicine. She began to drive, work , socialize again and eventually walked into her destiny which started in a new city… Orlando, Florida.

She met her husband..her prince charming in 1997, and she began to see her call to this generation starting off with humble beginnings. Small group Bible studies, praying and visiting with neighbors and mentoring young women and men at the dance studio she worked at and the church she was attending was the first steps into her fulfillment of His plan. After she met her husband and yielded even more to the things the Lord had in store, the work of Revolution Ministries was birthed in August of 2000. Since its first convention in Cincinnati Ohio with only 35 people in attendance, God has grown this ministry to include thousands in attendance, large scale productions, a training program for young adults , leadership conferences and the MOVEment monthly services.

Michelle now is the VOICE of change for this generation and men and women all over the country. God is using the once clinically labeled “agoraphobic” girl full of fear and hopelessness to now stand in venues all over proclaiming to good news of Jesus Christ to a hurting and dying world. Her hope is to see men and women walk into their full potential and be the HOPE for a lost and unreached world.
